Independent research prepared by the Octans Capital Research Team is informational only and is not investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Nothing on this site takes your individual circumstances into account, and nothing here is personalized advice. Our standing disclosures — including the independent-vs-sponsored firewall and the corrections policy — apply to every page and sit alongside these terms.
Our content — quoting and republishing
The research, text, and charts we publish are the work of Octans Capital and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to quote from our work — name Octans Capital and link the report you are quoting. Republishing a report in full or in substantial part, on any surface, requires a license: write to research@octanscap.com and we will scope it with you directly.
Public feeds and the API
The RSS and JSON feeds (/feed.xml, /feed.json) are public and provided for personal reading and for feed readers and aggregators — point one at them freely. Rate limits apply. Redistributing or republishing the feed’s content on your own surface goes beyond that default and requires a license, and REST API access is issued per licensee — see Feed & API for how licensing works.
Market data
The prices in the ticker strip and market snapshots are shown for your personal, informational use only. You may read and view them on the site, but you may not redistribute, republish, or export them in bulk. Live market data is real-time IEX equity data licensed from a third-party provider and displayed under that license; like everything else here it is provided as is, may be delayed or interrupted, and is never a recommendation or an offer to trade. We work to get facts right, and when we get one wrong in a published report we correct it in the open — see the corrections log.
